Office Administrator

Job Description
Administration for all areas of representative office including:
- Procurement & Expense management
- Payroll & tax administration for office employee
- Managing documents including copying, faxing, filing

- Managing relationship with office vendors, service providers on invoicing and payment
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and business travels for office staff and Chief Representative
- Arrange facilities and logistics for guest meetings
- Handling ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirement

- University graduate
- 1+ years office administration background
- Experience of working with tax department, immigration department, other related governmental offices is prefered
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks/orders/relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High fluency in English (both verbally and written)

- Ability to speak Korean is an advantage

- Willing to work independently
- Strong sense of responsibility
